GAME SHOWDOWN - KINDA FUNNY (2024)
Game Showdown is Kinda Funny's weekly game show comprising of several different game shows. The look they were going for was sportier than their other shows/podcast, and the logo created by Nick Gallegos felt like it had an implied motion to it. My real goal with this one was to only use motion elements that felt in line with Nick's design, and to never have a hard cut. The intro would transition in and out smoothly with continuous motion in between. The continuous motion part was something I felt was common in other KF intros I hadn't made (Games Daily, PS I Love You XOXO), and I thought keeping that style made sense with Game Showdown becoming another pillar in the programming lineup.
